My Reactions to Reactions
1.What you don’t know is that a wife and husband also do have sex for giving birth to a beautiful child which is an acknowledgement for their love from God.
Ans: Okay dokie.
2. I truly admire the guts of that lady who broke up with you.
Ans: That’s not guts. That’s being smart.
3. Fuck you and fuck your limited brains.
Ans: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!……… (In case you didn’t realize that’s me having an orgasm)
4. If somebody feels happy in wanting to do something why not let them?
Ans: That’s precisely the point I was making. Life should be lived for wanting to and not for having to.
5. If someone gave you vodka, sex and also produce your film on a condition that you have to celebrate your birthday, will you?
Ans : Of course yes. I will celebrate even his birthday.
6. When we are born we are all like small piglets… naked and crying. When we die we are all different… Gandhi, Hitler, Einstein, you, me etc.
Ans: Excellently said, Keshav. You are the only guy who got the point of that article.
“I looked back and a ray of sunshine fell across my life. Not in vain did I bury my four and fortieth year”. – Friedrich Nietzsche (Ecce Homo)
7. I am glad she slapped you.
Ans: Well, I have been punched, kicked and almost been killed by so many others for so many other things I said. Unfortunately for many of you out there, I didn’t die.
8. You are a very strange man to talk like that to a woman.
Ans: Hello, did I ever claim to be normal?
9. Can you tell us the three biggest mistakes you made w.r.t your films?
Ans: Shiva, Satya and Rangeela because they have created a benchmark and all the time I get bashed up for not living up to them. Boo hoo hoo!
10. Do you prefer Ramu, Ramgopal Varma or RGV?
Ans : Ramu. That’s because a name like that can create a psychological effect in people not to take me too seriously and I can get away with quite a lot of my kiddish stuff.
11. My 2 cents worth. I think Agyaat is just a filler film before your next big one.
Ans: Your estimation of your worth is bang on.
12. Your funda on the father going to a prostitute was over the top and childish.
Ans: Arrey Bhagwan. That was just an example I gave to emphasize on the point of how little control we have on how we come into existence.
13. I think you would rather be hated than being ignored.
Ans: Yes. Actually I love being hated and hate being loved because hate keeps me alert and love makes me complacent.
14. I have been a supporter of both your good and bad films.
Ans: I hate charity.
15. I am startled with your arrogance and your incorrect grammar.
Ans: And I am startled with you missing the thought and concentrating on the grammar. Grow up and realize that in the age of text messages grammar belongs to the dinosaurs.
16. Sometimes I feel that you drew just one circle and you are living in that only.
Ans: Actually I live on curves. (pun intended)
17. Where did you hear the word megalomaniacal first?
Ans: Someone called me that at school.
18. If Ramu were to be a woman will he sleep with Ramu the man?
Ans: I surely would have better taste than that.
19. Who is your first girl friend?
Ans: I only had lovers.
20. How can one get rid of fear completely?
Ans: By not taking anything seriously especially yourself.
21. Your eyes are more sexier than your viewpoints.
Ans: My eyes come through my viewpoints.
22. How would you decide on the pace of a movie?
Ans: On the basis of at what pace I myself would like to see it.
23. How would you describe yourself?
Ans: I am like a hardcore porn dvd. You might hate it, love it, look down upon it or get disgusted by it but if it is in the room you can’t resist watching it.
Apart from this I am also quite a nice guy though no one agrees with me on this.
24. You talk of Ayn Rand and Nietzsche and actually you don’t understand their ideas.
Ans: Hello, Rand and Nietzsche are just two among hundreds where I pick up my thoughts from. A substantial amount of my philosophical growth came from Mad magazine. I learn from James Hadley Chase and unlearn from Jean Paul Sartre and make a living out of reading Fredrick Forsyth. After all the reading I do, I pick up what suits my convenience and twist and turn them and apply them to the way I choose to live my life and discard the rest. That too keeps constantly changing subject to my state of mind and my state of being and lots of times also due to my moods. I am neither into understanding Ayn rand’s objectivism nor Nietzsche’s nihilism. I take them merely as knowledge to practically apply in a thought process. They and others are just ingredients I use and I myself prepare the dish to eat it myself and I serve it to whoever is smart enough or foolish enough to want it.
Knowledge should be like the steps of a ladder. As soon as you climb one you should go that much more higher. You should not make the mistake of carrying what should carry you.
“The pursuit of truth is not important. The pursuit of that truth is important which helps you in reaching your goal that is provided you have one.” – Ayn Rand (The Romantic Manifesto)
Like in some context someone here on this blog used the word “Ramuism”, that’s pretty much what I am into as that reads as “individualism” to me, or to be moré particular Ramu’s individualism which again can be called as “Ramuism”.

it shd b R’ism
yoiur answer describing yourself is “The most entertaining stuff you have ever dished out”
Your article about birthdays was pretty simple. Everyone got the point. We were disgusted by your insistence on pressing upon a simple point so much so as to get slapped. Either you could have refused politely to stay on and celebrate your friend’s b’day or stayed on to celebrate the b’day. Whats the big fuss about insisting your viewpoint about small issues onto others so vehemently! So you dont take yourself seriously but you take your viewpoints seriously! Which actually means that you take yourself seriously!
Are you disgusted with people having no objectives in life? Earlier I used to be. Now I actually admire their aloofness “from the real world” (as well as their resulting bliss) and their ability to sustain themselves that way!
R’ism as in Ramgopal varma,Rgv,Ramu,Rangeela,Rann,Rakhta charithra,Rifle…………
“Shiva, Satya and Rangeela because they have created a benchmark and all the time I get bashed up for not living up to them. Boo hoo hoo!”
It’s a benchmark created by whom? the audiences or you ? who decided it was a benchmark?
If you say it’s the audience, then what according to you are your personal benchmarks in terms of films you made?
Do you think you suffer from a video store mentality? i.e only making films like horror, suspense, romance etc, do you see yourself making a Schindler’s List sorta movie like Spielberg did, something profound from RGV camp, showing his versatility in handling wide genres. We don’t see that film making growth happening in you ? You may set a record, but occasional films like this won’t hurt your track record. What say ? You seem to know a lot about ayn rand, nietzsche..How about some good stories now?
Post Naach, your writing department has been fucked up the most, why? Have you stopped paying attention to scripts? All your scripts now look like a collage of ideas put together abruptly? I guess that’s how others became benchmarks, great ideas with a great supporting script. I don’t think an idea is enough to sell the film, “to an audience”. They may watch it and say “Idea acha hai, film bakwas hai” leading to bad mouthing and case in point your AAG.
Lastly after working with Rahman, Sandeep Chowta etc, I always thought you had a good ear for music, Why off late, shitty gimmicky music in your films, you bapi titul/ amar mohile folks needs to visit some basics of background scoring. Agyaat looks interesting with a horrible score. Phoonk was horrible, it was like “Look I scared you with this music, I am scaring you, shit in your pants”. Sometimes horror works best with a very minimal score, you aesthetics of Raat and Bhoot have vanished, WTF is “Agyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat”…you lyric writer suffers lack of creativity, Even what you were trying to say from Rann national anthem, good idea, but shitty lyrics that i read on this blog sometime ago.
Where is your aesthetic sense gone Ramu ? You claim to have vision. You are going towards Crass off late, there is no more the Ramuism class in your films anymore.
Lastly, What do you want your fans to learn out of Ramuism, when you die?
By the way, I am doing a PHD in the New Age Film Movement in India as a thesis from Carnegie, I communicate with most of the celebrities through their blog, helping me in research, mindsets and trends.
“”12. Your funda on the father going to a prostitute was over the top and childish.
Ans: Arrey Bhagwan. That was just an example I gave to emphasize on the point of how little control we have on how we come into existence”"
Got your point. and my point is that it was a bad example!! smile plz
sms and text messages have changed spellings not grammar
things like singular plural, comparitive superlative etc still remain. they are basic so please dont make excuses and defend yourself. It does not suit you
just as an example -there is no such thing as most sexiest -they are both superlative. get the point.
Like your eyes are the sexiest i have seen or the most sexy i have seen
Your eyes are not the “most sexiest i have seen” that is incorrect or vernacular english
@ranjini dont u think his eyes the most naughtiest oops most naughty
Whoa..I Saw a female today,..they speak….she could yell..fuck you!.. she could grunt.. fuck urself…she cud plead.. fuck me!.. she could suspect..can u fuck me!.. ah.. am jus rejoicing her fuckin expressive eyes!
Among the highs you get from Vodka, women, a film that turned out exactly like you wanted it to be, which one is most enjoyable ?
You as an individual seem to be annoying with your comments but very entertaining with your movies. A sort of rare combination indeed because I believed that a person who entertains others should be entertaining in person as well.
s we punched, kicked nd almost killed u but we couldnt cos we never wished it.just enjoying u nd ur thoughts.
Hi Ramu, why are you maintaining both blogs??
@shalini one is fr the wierdos who r doing everything possible there even proposing n wat not
this one seems to be fr the genuine fans of his like us.wat say ramu
Pre-Script: I put the same comment on ‘Happy Death Day’ post instead of here. Sorry, if anyone is re-reading this.
I have bet hundred rupees on Agyaat that it will be a hit! My friend is cocky sure that it will flop!
Now, let me give ‘Ramuism’ kind of reaction and hopefully entertain comment readers, in case, if HE ignores this comment
Ramu’ s reaction:1) You should have bet at least a lakh rupees!
2) You are missing your chance of being a ‘easy millionaire’!
3) Raise that bet to a million dollars and never work in your god damn life!
Nice website RGV…its too black…cant read well…
New Place………………..
Any intentions behind it.
This site is tooooooooooo claaaaaaaassssss !!!!!
A good change, more like a mysterious website, apt with your personality !!

Hi Ramu, why did you move the site??
Hi RGV Fans ! Anyone tried shooting agyaat short film contest??
it’ll be fun really!!
Hey Ramu, How boring you can be? Just curious!!
Shalini, moving the site is like making satya after shiva(old) !!!
Finally a RAM GOPAL VARMA films kind of site.
It’s not like i’m concerned with easthetics of the site , but out of curiosity i’,m asking why you are so fascinated about dim|dark colors. Most of the visuals of ur films has the same flavour except few like rangeela….
if the content of film is good does any director worry about the craft?
because if the content is good ;audience would not notice craft?
for example when you watch the movie old boy the content itself is so gripping that u fail to appreciate the craft
its only after you watch the film for a second time u start noticing the craft and start appreciating it…
ramu please share your gyaan about marriages?????????
how important is concept of “craft” in film?
what is the difference between a dictator and director?
how do you handle criticism?
The old blog is cool. This new site(?) is little bit confusing and not reader friendly
Hey Ramu!
How about adding a chat box in this site?
Huh!!!
Me jumping out!
Ok Ramu, now I think it’s a good idea to go back to old blog. Well…this is your blog. So do as you please. I’m outta here. BYE..
Hiii
Please write something Ramu..
By the way what was the reason u changed your website?
Shalini – Kaun – Face Off – Aks – Bhoot – Agyat
Lo..somebody faking me also ;o
I am not the one who sent “@Shalini, shalini: Whats the problem with u both ha?”
It may take some time to get habituated to this one. Are you going to keep the old one like that or delete ?
Friends, please choose uncommon pictures so that fake people here will not be able to copy it easily.
Ramu, what is your age ??
What is your first reaction when you heard that AAG was utter flop ?
who the hell is replying ? auh ?
Your theme is too dark.
http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2008/09/08/agregado-a-free-wordpress-theme/
A brighter theme would be better. Thanks.
Even Ramu is faked!!
I dont think Ramu has read this. If he had, he would have resolved this faking problems.

I dont know who you are and whats that problem all about? I used to visit Ramu’s another blog, now he has moved everything to this one. I am new here and dont worry about that ‘hahaha’ of mine, I was just testing the “Leave a Comment” button.
@Puroorava Chakravarthy : I am a regular commentor of this blog. If u still dont understand the problem then u must be the most stupidest person on the earth from not able to understand the basic english. If u wanna laugh why dont u fucking laugh when u are with ur girlfriend(if u have one) LOOOOSER

Ramu,
This blog looks good.
Only stuff is is there anything you can do to create the authenticity of the commentators.
I know lot of your followers from last blog are here , trying to follow same id’s to maintain their identity yet looks like there is great chaos.
Please fix this stuff as soon as possible.
@Ram

It is not necessary to be an asshole all the time! Or is it some kind of a “yagna” you have concocted for yourself- when too much praise and adulation come your way, you need to go ahead and be an asshole; then wait for the nasty stinging and abuses – so that you remain grounded! This blog is in such poor taste.
What exactly is it that you think you have acheived that is celebration worthy? you sound like a pompous childish ass
Ramu why are u looking so serious in ur profile pic? whats the matter?
Hi Guys…
wats this rgvzoomin id??
Is there anything like registration to the website??
Is Charanraj’s character (Mohan Krishna) in Gayam a tribute to your friend Mohan Krishna, who first called you as a director?
I don’t know much about Vijayawada’s history but did you refer to the infamous rivalry of Vangaveetis and Devinenis in your movie ‘Gayam’ in any way?
Just like the way you are making a movie about Paritala Ravi, did you attempt or atleast have an intention to make a movie on Vangaveeti Mohan Ranga?
Ramu,
I think you are unnecessarily trying to be controversial. You are already famous. What is the need to be so blunt and direct what-so-ever. I know you Love to be hated. But it doesnt mean that you annoy us so much using some ‘hardcore and brutally genuine feelings of yours” that we actually start hating you :-) Let it be a natural hatred na. That way you get unadulterated views of all of us..I know you come back and add…”that you might not care”
Lot has been talked about your ‘other’ things but dude u r a film maker and i request focus more on films and stuff. Been sometime watching some real good stuff and looking forward to Rann. I am not sure if you are getting carried away with your new found “blog image’. Make films, write about films and i will surely hate you for it so that you like it. I will really love you if you start writing about ‘other’ things i mean non-filmy stuff which at times is below the belt taste. As a film maker you are really polished, and really dont get into below the belt stuff, but on the blog at times i feel you are being vulgar.
Bhashan band, kaam chaloo…give me “Rann” soon for my money !!! KG.
You once said that “My films to the audience are like giving Ayn Rand to Elementary School”.. do u still feel the same?
the quote may not be the exact
ramu u have any children? whats u r mother reaction on u r movies? she likes u r movies at least in u r style?
Varma, Do you have any thing to say abt MJ ?
it’s been 4 days…where is the next post??????????????????
Ramu – I’m sure there will be only very very few humans in this worlds who doesn’t seek attention, from others. and don’t wish to show-off or seek fame. How can one achieve that state ?
when can we expect your next post sir?
When Shiva was declared a major hit, how was ur parents reaction esp father?
Ramu where are you?
hey ramu how r u ?
Ur display image for rgvblog@gmail.com shows the actual interest of Ramu!!
My friend sreepal said that he was in awe of your passion and subsequently how u made the next to impossible of directing with out assisting any one.I reckon he is connecting with your success in guise of passion.Take an instance of 11 cricketers playing for india.1000 want to play for India and take that as carrier only 11 end up playing.we admire and adore only the 11 for their talent, passion and ability to take chances and grabbing opportunities. Its only with the success of 11 that we are connecting with rather than their passion and intensity,Its the case with most of us.There are some rare exceptions where u are in awe of satyendra who is a no body by general means.
I have asked this earlier but couldn’t get the answer.Let me be relentless.”Truth gets magnified manifold when the successful advocate it”…U are seeing how all of us would connect easily with subtle facts u say.Again u are an exception to the above,u ridiculed en-stene for his quote “Only fools like to have power” with out bothering about his reputation. In general is it not the case?
“Love him or hate him but u cant ignore him”,,,I think this best describes you. what say ramu?
Manmohan Desai used to say that a movie has to have “an event” or “an action scene” or an important thing happening every six minutes to sustain audience interest. Sanjay Gadhvi believes that and successfully wove Dhoom series. You have tried that successfully (and possibly unknowingly) in Rangeela, Shiva, Satya and Company. But arent there movies which have simple story lines and arranging events/elements in such a movie difficult? Therefore we had some movies where parallel tracks of comedians are put in! Thankfully you have avoided such tracks and stuck to the script every time.
Alternatively, what is the process of developing a theme! Just like I put in a theme of a chip, which when put in a mobile phone, enables the caller to control the mind of the receiving party for fifteen minutes! What are the dos and donts in developing a theme!
KING OF POP never Dies in the world’s Lifetime….
It’s a Great Loss to all the MJ fans and the world of music.
No one can again attain such a super stardom and Innovative
Talent. He is truly “INVINCIBLE”.
Shalini, we want Indian tricolour flag colours for background. And for RGVs pic, please ask him to wear a white shirt with red flowers as well as an orange trouser, as well as white shoes. A Karunanidhi style goggle will not hurt either. Frankly I dont care!
Hey Ram, where is “shabari” ???
Come on what kind of choice you people are having. Tricolor aaahhhh no way
tell me some dark color as he likes only dark color
any write up on king of pop michael jackson?
wassup ramu gopu varmey, started reading ur blog frrom my cell a few days ago(after a yr )n was mesmerized. ur most ideas matched with mine.
so r u going to change that camera style, it doesnt look as better as sarkar and sarkar 2 in other movies. is warning under production?
Ok so I have registered with engravatar. How is that to be used here?
how did u react when you first got to direct amitabh bacchan?would you be rude to bigb as well if he wishes you happpy birthday
@ shalini… u love ramu…. me 2 actually.. hes is cute..
hi
How did you come to point that Sauteya’s face or his voice should not be part of Sarkar? Was the person paid for the job? :)
Hello Sir Why did u stop making Telugu films???? and i heard that MEGASTAR chiranjeevi has not given u a chance to work with him is it right??? u said in one interview that during his hits like ROUDI ALLUDU ur interested to make a film with chiru but chiru has not given a chance to u and said(NEETHO CINEMALU THEESTHE NENU IKA CINEMALU THEEYADAM APEYALANI) so what do u think about telugu heros and telugu industry??? I think that telugu industry have not utilized u correctly…
Hi sir, am reading ” THE MUSICAL STORM: AR RAHMAN”. kamini mathai the author says something about u and am really upset with it.
she says in a chapter titled BOLLLYWOOD BEGINNINGS that ” Ramgopal varma owns a video parlour before RANGEELA” as if RANGEELA is your first movie.
u were already in the Industry for almost 7 to 8 years before RANGEELA happend.
whom do u like to make a movie with telugu hero .dont dissappoint saying none
