can a premise on police world for the film not entirely related to internal department politics but also the political pressure be a great idea? I mean we have had atleast 8-10 commisioners in the last 10 years. All of them have their stories, and reasons for the rise and downfall. Their frustations at a CM or Home Minister level. How within the system a honest cop still tries hisbest. What does he go through. What skills does he devlops or adopt to perform and do the best possible thing inspite of lack of resources, funds and high corruption and vested interests....

A movie with a protagonist who is the commisioner and his fight against, CM, red tape, internal politics, media, department and criminals....

ramu - the way you communicate your thought process is amazing...no wonder there are buyers of your movies.

i mean if you just take this blog itself...you wrote how you came to the stand point to make a company 2 to actually present the otherside of 'a side'

but i think it will be challenging to present a commentary which will be any different from what has be shown before. cops have been a very favourite subject for movies for a long time, it has been explored and re-explored multiple times. like many of them are pointing out your own ab tak chappan is close to where you may end for this movie as well.

@RAMU_FYI (Might Help)

There is a department called internal services in the US which studies the nature of such encounters and try to uncover the truth. There are many interesting cases that you can find as case studies...I believe it might help you in some way for your script.

So we can expect a movie like sieze where the denzel washington plays the protagonist...and in this context the so called extra judicial killings be shown through protagonists view...
i am eagerly looking forward for the movie as company is my second favorite movie after satya...the movie that made people watch movies in different way ...the raw ness of the movie and plot arguabily makes it one of the greatest movies in hindi cinema....

In sarkarraaj the scene where contract killer is negotiating is shown only through actions and without a dialogue and also the killer is never shown? What was the thought process behind the scene?

Hi Ooooooh......
I think Company 2 suits the story. Company was about the operations of underworld organization. Company 2 would be about the organizational behavior of Cops. As RGV has already mentioned that Company was his take on the underworld organization wherein it tells the politics between the people who want to be powerful.
